I like the pills I take, because even though they make me forget the good stuff
they make me forget the bad stuff too.
Here’s my most recent transformation picture. The left was when I was only running, other forms of cardio, and an ab workout afterwards. While this kept me balanced, because running is my passion, I decided I wanted more muscle. And here is what I did:
HIIT running or a HIIT body workout (High Intensity Interval Training): this means running at full intensity for however minutes, then jogging. So sprinting for one minute jogging for two. And you build from there.
A HIIT body workout is using the same method, but using your body weight and strengthing your muscles. This means doing burpees, moutain climbers, jump squats, heismans, etc. This can be a short workout depending on your intensity level, or you can make it last longer.
Lifting weights: I cant express enough how much lifting weights has changed my body and my strength. I can run faster, I have more energy, and less fat %. Girls, you will not get bulky or have muscles ripping through your shirts- unless you want to! But which photo is better up there? The right- which means LIFT. Start slow and with a lower weight, then you’ll understand the form and you can gradually higher your weight.
I also eat a lot of proteins, I drink whey protein (I’ll have a supplement post soon), and eating clean. And A LOT to fuel my muscles.
Today I will smoke a whole 1/2 pack of cigarettes and eat as little as I want
and then start again tomorrow with this being happy and healthy bullshit
